Worse still, the (realtively) wealthy are indoctrinated to punch down. The super rich tell them it's always those who have less who want to steal a piece of their one and only pie. They're taught this by people who have thousands of pies. Punch down. Don't look up, because if you do you realise where the real problem lies.
