James, sounds to me like you have a problem with the cultural norms of Carvel Wallace’s choice of words. Would be easy to accuse you of being a racist don’t you think, given Carvel’s ethnicity?

Personally I don’t use the word for very reasons you point out, but in the context and given the author, I’d don’t take issue. (I’m not a racist, and despite you trying to slander me, I’m not homophobic either.)

I think you need to have a herbal tea and lie down for a bit. Plainly you’re a bit overwrought.
